STEPS TO BOOKING AN OFFICIANT

1. Call 817-422-3901 or email Andrews Wedding Ceremonies for availability for Peter Andrews or another officiant. Make sure you also check availability for your rehearsal if you are having one.

2. Schedule a first meeting (optional) or inform us that you are sending the deposit so that your date is not taken while the deposit is in the mail.

3. We will then send you an Information Sheet containing details about your ceremony. Complete it ASAP even if you do not have all the details.

4. Once we receive the Information Sheet we will send you information about the ceremony ad order of service for you to look over and give us your input at the consultation. We will also schedule the consultation to take place 2 to 3 weeks before the ceremony.

5. In the consultation we will get to know each other and go through your ceremony with your input in detail. You will have input on the way everyone comes in, the ceremony content, your vows and ring vows, my address or reading, special touches and any traditions you may want to include. At the end of the consultation you will be confident and informed on what ceremony you have customized for yourself. We will guide you but you make the decisions.

6. Final payment is due at the consultation. We also work with individuals and will extend it to those who have the need to the rehearsal. We do not practice taking payment on the day, even if it is cash. This is your special day and your officiant is a big part of that commitment and celebration. Trading in the same day puts a damper on the ceremony.

7. At the rehearsal we practice everything we designed together in the consultation and make sure it flows. Your ceremony will be just as polished as all the fine details you have been working on for your special day.

8. The officiant will arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.

9. An evaluation will be sent to you after the wedding to get your feedback.
