STEPS TO BOOKING AN OFFICIANT
1. Call 817-422-3901 or email Andrews Wedding Ceremonies for availability for Peter Andrews or another officiant. Make sure you also check availability for your rehearsal, if you will be having one.
2. Schedule a first meeting (optional) or inform us that you are sending the deposit so that your date is not taken while the deposit is in the mail.
3. We will then send you an Andrews Wedding Ceremonies Contract containing details about your ceremony. Complete it ASAP—even if you do not have all the details—and email or mail it back to us.
4. Once we receive the contract, we will send you information about the ceremony and an order of service for you to look over as a guide. We will schedule your consultation to take place 2 to 3 weeks before the ceremony.
5. During the consultation, we will get to know each other and go
through your ceremony in detail. Your input is very important at this
stage. We will discuss the processional, the ceremony content, your
vows and ring vows, my address or reading, special touches and any
traditions you may want to include. At the end of the consultation,
you will be confident and informed on the ceremony you have customized
for yourself. We will guide you, but you make the decisions.
6. Final payment is due at the consultation. However, we also are willing to work with you and can extend your payment deadline to the rehearsal. We do not practice taking payment on the wedding day, even if it is cash. This is your special day, and we do not wish to conduct business during it.
7. At the rehearsal, we will practice everything we designed together
in the consultation to ensure that your ceremony flows smoothly.
8. The officiant will arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony.
9. We welcome your feedback. An evaluation will be sent to you after the wedding, and we would appreciate your comments.
